Features:
- The TYCO Model BFV-250 Wafer Style Butterfly Valves are indicating type valves designed for use in fire protection systems where a visual indication is required as to whether the valve is open or closed.
- They are used, for example, as system, sectional and pump water control valves, and are suitable for installation between ANSI Class 125/150 flanges as well as PN10/16 flanges without the need for flange gaskets.
- For applications requiring supervision of the open position of the valve, the Gear Operators for the Model BFV-250 Butterfly Valves are provided with two sets of factory installed internal switches each having SPDT contacts.
- Maximum Working Temperature : 212°F (100°C) in accordance with UL 1091

The purpose of Proposition 65 is to ensure the public is informed about the potential exposure to chemicals known to cause cancer,
birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
The law requires the State of California to publish a list of these chemicals.
This list currently contains ~1,000 chemicals; chemicals are added and removed regularly.
Johnson Controls products may have traces of various chemicals that are on the list,
however they are all a part of the normal manufacturing, distribution or labeling process.
