Set-up Charge & Cost

Set-up charge is applied per paint / finish, regardless of part and quantity ordered. The total cost includes the set-up fee(s) plus the cost of each plate.

Paint Color Options
|
Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, or RAL standard paint number
|
Provide the paint code, paint name, and finish. A physical sample does not need to be submitted to Johnson Controls.

Physical paint sample - custom match
|
If desired paint does not have a Sherwin Williams, Benjamin
Moore, or RAL standard paint code, customer must send a physical paint swatch or acceptable paint sample to your customer
service representative.

*Listings specify that Sherwin Williams’ Interior Latex Paints must be used on Tyco® cover plates. No other type of paint (exterior, oil-based, etc.) or brand of paint (Valspar, Benjamin Moore, etc.) as they may impede the operating performance of the sprinkler.

Order will generally ship within 15 business days from day order is placed.

Physical paint swatch/sample - custom match
|
Order will generally ship within 17 business days from day acceptable paint sample is received by customer service.

|
*If the total order quantity is more than 1,500 plates, the order will generally ship within 20 business days. For large quantity orders, check with your customer service representative to verify lead times.
